Currently, the Cloud Control App Controlled End supports Android system and HarmonyOS system,
and is expected to support Apple iOS version in 2026.

Installation Package Download

The download page provides the following two versions:

• CloudControl_v19241_PublicBeta_With NodeJS
  Suitable for models that require script engine support (some devices are incompatible).
• CloudControl_v19241_PublicBeta_Without NodeJS
  Recommended for most users, with wider compatibility.

After downloading, please install the corresponding APK file on your phone.

Mobile Installation Tips

Due to security policies, current Android systems by default only allow installation of Apps from app stores.
When installing APKs from other sources, please perform the following settings according to your phone brand and system version:

Huawei (HarmonyOS / EMUI)

1. Ensure you are logged into your Huawei Account.
2. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → More Security Settings → Installation Source Management.
3. Enable "Allow File Manager to Install Applications".
4. If prompted with "Pure Mode" restrictions, temporarily turn off Pure Mode and then install.

Xiaomi (MIUI)

1. Log into your Xiaomi Account.
2. Open Settings → Privacy Protection → Special Permissions → Install Unknown Apps.
3. Select File Manager or Browser, enable "Allow installation from this source".

OPPO / Vivo / Honor / Samsung and other brands

1. Go to Settings → Apps & Permissions → Install Unknown Apps;
2. Allow installation permissions from File Manager, Browser, or App Store;
3. If still unable to install, try using File Manager to directly open the APK.

If System Prompts "Installation Restricted"

You can try the following general methods:

• Method 1: Disconnect Network Installation (Some systems can skip verification)
• Method 2: Install by directly opening through phone File Manager
• Method 3: Use ADB Installation (in Developer Mode)

💡 Tip:
Prompt text may vary slightly across different phone systems. If installation restrictions appear, enable corresponding permissions in "Settings → App Management → Installation Sources".

After Installation Completion

Open the Cloud Control App, enable necessary permissions (such as Storage, Display over other apps, Background popup permissions, etc.).

Crash or Runtime Errors

If the following situations occur after installation:

• App crashes immediately after opening;
• Startup interface freezes or shows error prompts;
• Permissions are normal but cannot enter main interface;

Please troubleshoot according to the following steps:

1. Directly authorize using the authorization tool.
2. Try installing another version of the installation package (such as switching from "With NodeJS" to "Without NodeJS" version).
3. If the problem persists, try installing an older version (historical version).
4. If all versions cannot run normally, it is recommended to contact customer service for remote assistance.
