Permission Settings
1. Access Permission Settings
Click the top-left menu → Expand side drawer → Swipe up to find the "Required Permissions" section.
These permissions ensure Cloud Control App can run continuously in the background.
If used for remote batch control, to ensure functional stability, please be sure to enable all the following permissions.
2. Permission Settings
Foreground Service
- Function: Improves background running survival rate, prevents being killed by the system.
- Explanation: After enabling this permission, Cloud Control App can continuously display small icons or notifications in the foreground to maintain background persistence.
Set as Wallpaper Service
- Function: Achieves quick auto-start after system broadcast triggers or process exits (starts within about 50 seconds).
- Recommendation: If automatic restart is not needed, you can disable this item.
Auto-start Condition - Broadcast
- Function: Ensures the App can auto-start after system broadcast triggers (within about 150 seconds).
- Recommendation: If stable background running is needed, please keep enabled.
Auto-start Condition - Process
- Function: Ensures the App can auto-start after process exits (within about 150 seconds).
- Recommendation: If stable background running is needed, please keep enabled.
Ignore / Disable / Do Not Allow Battery Optimization
- Function: Prevents the system from restricting background running due to power saving policies.
- Recommendation: Set Cloud Control App to "Ignore battery optimization" or "Allow high power consumption in background".
Display Over Other Apps (Overlay Permission)
- Function: Essential for displaying floating balls, popup menus.
- Tip: When this permission is not enabled, Cloud Control App cannot display floating menus, and may cause screen casting function to not work properly.
Background Popup Permission
- Function: Ensures the App can normally pop up permission request dialogs (such as screenshot permissions) when in background.
- Operation Instructions for Different Models:
- Huawei / Honor
Settings → Apps → Permission Management → Background Popup → Allow - Xiaomi / Redmi
Settings → Permission Management → Popup Windows → Enable - OPPO / vivo
Settings → Permission Management → Background Popup Management → Allow - Samsung / OnePlus / Other Brands
Settings → Applications → Cloud Control App → Allow Background Display
- Huawei / Honor
Some phones don't have this background popup permission and can skip it
Notification Access
- Function: Real-time synchronization of notification message content (such as push messages, status prompts, etc.).
- Recommendation: Must enable for Cloud Control App to correctly identify and synchronize notification status.
Usage Access Permission
- Function: Access usage records, running status of other apps.
- Tip: Some models must enable this permission to achieve auto-start.
Modify System Settings Permission
- Function: Adjust system brightness, volume and other parameters.
- Tip: If scripts or background need to modify brightness, please enable this item.
Install Unknown Source Apps Permission
- Function: Allows installation of APK files from Cloud Control backend or local storage.
- Tip: Some systems may require this permission when installing updates.
Notification Permission
- Function: Enable silent notifications to prevent message popup interference.
- Recommendation: Enable notification permission and set to "Silent" mode, does not affect normal use.
Device Administrator Permission
- Function: Controls device-level operations like screen lock, screen wake.
- Tip: After enabling this item, you can execute screen off/bright screen commands in Cloud Control backend.
Modify System Security Settings Permission
- Function: Supports input method switching, auto-start accessibility services and other functions.
- Explanation: This permission is crucial for continuous operation of Cloud Control App.
- Recommendation: Use authorization tool to complete authorization to avoid repeated manual enabling.
Disable Power Saving Mode
Remove performance restrictions, ensure background activity and network stability.
Purpose
Turning off power saving mode prevents App background from being suspended by the system, avoiding disconnection or task interruption.
Operation Steps (By Brand)
- Huawei / Honor
Settings → Battery → More Battery Settings → Turn off "Power Saving Mode" and "Smart Power Saving" - Xiaomi / Redmi
Settings → Battery & Performance → Power Optimization → Turn off Power Saving Mode - vivo / OPPO
Settings → Battery → Performance Mode → Select "High Performance Mode" or turn off Energy Saving Mode - Samsung / Pixel / OnePlus
Settings → Battery & Device Care → Battery → Turn off Power Saving Mode - Other Brands
Settings → Battery → Turn off all power saving options
✅ Verification: After turning off, keep background running for a few minutes, confirm App won't be paused or disconnected.
Maintain Network Connection During Sleep
Maintain network connection after screen lock to avoid remote disconnection.
Operation Purpose
Ensure remote control, file transfer and other functions can still connect to network in sleep state.
Operation Steps
- Huawei / Honor: Settings → Battery → More Battery Settings → Enable "Maintain Network Connection During Sleep"
- Xiaomi / Redmi: Settings → WLAN → WLAN Assistant → Keep WLAN on During Sleep
- vivo / OPPO: Settings → Wi-Fi → Advanced Settings → Maintain Network Connection
- Samsung / OnePlus: Settings → Connections → Wi-Fi → Advanced → Keep Wi-Fi on During Sleep
Remove Screen Lock Password and Lock Screen Wallpaper
Avoid device getting stuck on lock screen interface, ensure automatic running.
General Steps (All Models)
- Settings → Security → Screen Lock Type
- Enter original password
- Select "None" or "Swipe"
- Confirm to turn off
Huawei / Honor Additional Steps
- Settings → System & Updates → Developer Options
- Turn off "Screen Lock (Must unlock before using phone)"
- Restart to take effect
Auto-start Permission
Allow App to auto-start after boot or being cleaned.
General Steps
Settings → Apps → Cloud Control App → Permissions → Enable "Allow Auto-start"
Brand Differences
- Huawei / Honor
Open Phone Manager → App Launch Management → Cloud Control App- Turn off "Auto Management"
- Select "Manual Management"
- Enable the following three items:
- Allow Auto-start
- Allow Associated Startup
- Allow Background Activity
- Click OK to save settings
- Xiaomi / Redmi
Settings → App Settings → Permission Management → Auto-start Management → Enable Cloud Control App - OPPO / vivo
Settings → Permission Management → Auto-start → Enable Cloud Control App - Samsung / OnePlus
Settings → Applications → Launch Permissions → Allow Cloud Control App
Background App Locking
Prevent Cloud Control App from being cleaned by the system.
Operation Steps
- Open "Task Manager" or "Recent Tasks"
- Long press Cloud Control App icon
- Select "Lock Background" or "Keep Running"
Brand Examples
- Huawei: Long press → Lock Background
- Xiaomi: Long press → Lock App
- OPPO / vivo: Long press → Keep Background Running
- Samsung: Long press → Lock App
Basic Permissions
Go to 【Settings → App Info → Permissions】, ensure all necessary permissions are enabled.
Android 11 (API 30) and above need to enable "All Files Access Permission".
3. Permission Enablement Obstacles
If prompted with "Risky App" or "Prohibited from Obtaining Permissions", as shown below:
