Contacts Management

Feature Overview

The Contacts Management Window is used to view and manage contact data of devices through the cloud control backend.
It can perform operations such as importing, editing, deleting contacts, facilitating batch maintenance of customer data or synchronization of external contact information.

Opening Steps

Right-click the target device → Click Functions → Select Contacts → Open Contacts Management Window

Feature Description

1. View Contacts
   • Can browse all contacts in the device's local address book;
   • Supports searching and filtering contact information.
2. Import Contacts
   • Can batch import contacts from CSV/Excel files;
   • Supports field matching and automatic deduplication.
3. Edit Contacts
   • Can directly modify information such as name, phone number, remarks in the window;
   • Modifications are automatically synchronized to the device's local address book.
4. Delete Contacts
   • Supports single or batch deletion;
   • Deletion operations are synchronized to the device, use with caution.
5. Usage Tips
   • Ensure the device has granted read and write permissions for contacts;
   • Regular backup of contact data is recommended to prevent accidental deletion;
