Remote Restart
Feature Overview
The cloud control backend supports performing remote restart operations on target devices, including:
- Restart Cloud Control APP
- Restart Central Control Service
- Restart Cloud Control Service
Remote restart can be used to resolve issues with APP malfunction or service exceptions, quickly restoring normal status.
Operation Steps
Right-click the target device → Click Restart → Select Restart Cloud Control APP / Central Control Service / Cloud Control Service
Precautions
- Lock Screen State Restrictions:
- Restarting the Cloud Control APP may not be possible when the screen is locked, as the APP page needs to be in an unlocked state to run automatically;
- However, the Cloud Control Service or Central Control Service can be restarted without unlocking.
- Permission Requirements:
- Ensure the Cloud Control APP has been granted auto-start permissions to ensure the smooth execution of remote restart operations.
Capture & Recording
The cloud control backend supports remote photo capture, video recording, screen recording, and audio/video stream recording, enabling multi-device remote monitoring and data collection.
File Management & Transfer
The cloud control backend supports remote viewing, management, and batch transfer of device files, enabling upload, download, edit, compress, and move operations, while also supporting automated operation and batch publishing for short video matrices.
