The cloud control backend supports remote photo capture, video recording, screen recording, and audio/video stream recording, enabling multi-device remote monitoring and data collection.

Feature Overview

The cloud control backend supports performing the following operations on target devices:

  • Photo Capture: Remotely control the device to take photos;
  • Video Recording: Remotely control the device to record videos;
  • Screen Recording / Screenshot: Record screen content or take screenshots;
  • Audio/Video Stream Recording: Record local or remote audio/video streams from the device for monitoring or data collection.

Operation Steps

  1. Photo / Video / Screen Recording Right-click the target device → Click Capture → Select Record Video / Take Photo / Screen Recording / Screenshot
  2. Audio/Video Stream Recording Right-click the target device → Click Record → Select Start / Stop remote recording of audio/video streams or local video streams

💡 Tip: When recording audio/video streams, ensure the device has granted the corresponding permissions, otherwise sound or video may not be captured.

Remote Video & Voice Call

The cloud control backend supports remote control of device cameras and microphones, enabling video calls, voice capture, and multi-device remote monitoring.

Remote Restart

The cloud control backend supports remote restart of the cloud control APP, services, or central control services, quickly restoring devices to normal operation, suitable for multi-device remote management.
