The cloud control backend SMS management window allows viewing device SMS, searching contacts, and batch sending messages, supporting unified templates and multi-device operations.

Feature Overview

The SMS Management Window is used to view and operate device SMS data through the cloud control backend.
It can quickly browse SMS content, search for specified contacts, and supports batch sending SMS messages, commonly used in scenarios such as customer service notifications and activity promotions.

Opening Steps

Right-click the target device → Click Functions → Select SMS → Open SMS Management Window

Feature Description

  1. View SMS
    • Can view sent and received SMS content within the device;
    • Supports searching by contact or keywords.
  2. Batch Sending
    • Can batch send SMS to multiple devices or multiple contacts;
    • Supports custom template content for unified sending.
  3. Usage Tips
    • Ensure the target device has granted SMS read and send permissions;
    • If using virtual numbers or cloud SMS channels, confirm the server configuration is correct;
    • Can monitor sending status combined with real-time log function.

Contacts Management

The cloud control backend contacts management window allows viewing, importing, editing, and deleting device contacts, supporting batch operations and multi-device synchronization.

Unread Messages & Message Notifications

Use the $cloud module to push device unread messages, task progress, and running status to the cloud control backend in real-time, enabling dynamic display on the group control screen casting interface.
